A Leadership Coach With Real Business Experience
If you are a CEO or Founder, you need a leadership coach who understands both business and people.
I bring decades of experience across corporate, entrepreneurial, coaching, and academic settings.
I began my career with Fortune 500 companies including Kodak, IBM, and Nabisco. I later built my own retail service company, growing it to more than a dozen branches and over 100 employees before successfully selling the business.
These experiences taught me that as a business grows, the CEO cannot do everything alone. Strong managers and leaders become essential to continued growth.
My own experience with coaches also showed me the value of accountability, support, and having someone who can challenge your thinking.
Since then, I have invested millions of pesos in advanced training in coaching, leadership, sales, and personal development, learning from respected teachers including Steve Schiffman, Blair Singer, Harv Eker, Vinh Giang, Larry Gilman, Jane Atkinson, Andy Harrington, and Igor Ledochowski.
I hold a Master in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and have served as Adjunct Professor at the same institution.
I was one of the first Filipinos certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
