You thought things would get easier once you built a management layer.
But every day, you’re stuck making micro-decisions.
And fixing mistakes that shouldn’t have gotten to your desk
because your managers won’t step up.
And it's even worse now with the current crisis!
Sound familiar?
You might have dangled some extra financial incentives.
Or even tried delivering motivational speeches.
But days later, it’s back to the same old routine.
You making all the real decisions.
What you want are leaders who OWN results.
Those who have the strengh to handle problems head-on and help you navigate these tough times.
Without your constant supervision.

Don’t miss your chance to watch it.

Before I became a coach, I built and sold a retail service company that grew to 12 branches and more than 100 employees. Having several coaches throughout my entreprenerial journey helped me navigate through crisis and uncertainty.
Partnering with coaches showed me the power of working shoulder to shoulder with people who challenge your thinking and keep you accountable. All while respecting your vision.
Since then, I’ve invested millions of pesos in advanced training to learn how to coach and mentor. Some of my renowned teachers are: Steve Schiffman, Blair Singer, Harv Eker, Vihn Giang, Larry Gilman, Jane Atkinson, Andy Harrington, and Igor Ledochowski. In 2011, I shifted full-time into coaching, focusing on sales and leadership coaching where business results happen.
Today I work with CEOs, business owners, and senior corporate leaders. Together we sharpen their team’s sales edge and elevate their manager’s leadership capacity.
What makes me different is that I’ve seen business from every side: corporate, entrepreneurial, and academic. I worked in several Fortune 500 companies, then built my own ventures, and finally studied then taught at the Asian Institute of Management. I was one of the first Filipinos certified by the International Coach Federation.
My continuing passion is to partner with clients to turn their business goals into wins.
